This recent story aired on CITY TV serves as a good example of print and television coming together to create an on online archive that works well. The on-camera reporting tells a good story. The short text accompanies with good additional information. The comments are fun – not too outrageous.
Although a cursory history of the issue, and demographics of the high school are given (it is 80 percent Muslim) — a map with the location of the school would be most helpful as would general demographics of the Thorncliffe Park area. But I like the on-camera work by Francis D’Souza: He does a good job of showing the story through its different players.
